Wow, this was a great trip. I'd been dumped head first into TSM about 2 months before this training, so I was relatively aware of most of the content of the course, but I took alot of good info back. The base curriculum was pretty low-level and geared more for first tier TSM operators in large infras where different roles are delegated to groups of people. The instructor was decent and spent a lot of extra time with a few of us that had some experience going in to go over concepts not included in the ops curriculum. I trained at M/UX, and plan to return for the Advanced TSM Admin courses. Some pics of the herb garden we grew on the balcony last summer. Last year was our first try at growing anything. I learned a lot about what works and what doesn't.Hopefully next years will be much larger. The flowers from the cucumbers and green beans were amazing. We just picked Fox up Thursday (05.08.2008), and she's adjusting well so far. We decided that our other cat, Edgar, needed company since we are gone for so much of the day. |
